After 19:00 no staff. Passcode was provided but no keys came out. No emergency numbers. After talking to some strangers found that he got 2 keys instead of 1 . It turned out next day by reception it is my keys. Why stranger have my keys ?

Zimmer war leider lediglich sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Rezeption und Mitarbeitende waren jedoch sehr freundlich. Auf das Frühstück für 15€ würde ich beim nächsten Mal definitiv verzichten. Da eine Stunde vor Ende der Frühstückszeit bereits keine Brötchen und nur noch marginal Käse, Wurst etc. vertreten waren.

Kostenloser Parkplatz. Nah zum Ulmer Münster (5 Busstationen - Linie 5 oder 25 Gehminuten). Tolles Frühstück mit der Möglichkeit auch draussen zu frühstücken ! Prima locatie voor een tussenstop of als het je echt alleen om het overnachten gaat. In de buurt voldoende mogelijkheden om je te vermaken, maar je zit qua hotel wel in het industriegebied. Maar daar is de prijs ook naar. Leuke restaurants en centrum op loopafstand. zeer nette en ruime kamer met keurige badkamer. Heerlijk geslapen, goede bedden en stille omgeving.

Zimmer war geräumig und einfach eingerichtet. Leider liess die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, z.B. altes gebrauchtes Pflaster klebte an der Bettdecke. WLAN funktionierte überhaupt nicht. Das Frühstück war okay, jedoch wurden die Platten nicht nochmals aufgefüllt. Das Abendessen im dazugehörigen Restaurant war sehr schlecht. Wir können nur davon abraten! Sämtliche Speisen waren nicht geniessbar. Die Schnitzel waren total verbrannt, dass der Koch selbst Teile vom Paniermehl weggekratzt hat und mit Sosse überdeckt hat. Anstelle von Spaghetti wurden Penne serviert. Ketchup gibt es nicht usw. Sämtliche fünf Essen entsprachen nicht der Bestellung. Die Bedienung war leider auch nicht überzeugend. Kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt beim Hotel.

Kamer met badkamer was echt heel goed. Schoon, goede kwaliteit bed. Maar de gang, waar je echt door moet om buiten of bij het ontbijt te komen, stinkt enorm naar rook. De ligging is bijzonder, op een bedrijventerrein, maar vlakbij is het leukste café van Neu-Ulm (Münster Stüble) en zowel centrum van Ulm als van Neu-Ulm zijn in de buurt.

Da es fast unendlich viele Dinge gibt die zu bemängeln sind,hier nur die wichtigsten: Beim Check in bekommt man den Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt das Gebäude gezeigt in das man gehen soll und sich dann selbst den Weg suchen, da die Mitarbeiterin selbst nicht wisse wo was ist. Es wird mit WLAN geworben das es allerdings in 3 Tagen Aufenthalt nur direkt vor dem Anmeldetresen sporadisch mit nur einem Balken verbindet. Die Auskunft wR dann das man dann halt immer in das Foyer kommen müsse. Die Krönung waren die mehr als Gastunfreundlichen und Gastausladenden Service miteinander. Dieses Hotel sollte hier dringend einige Seminare und Schulungen anbieten was Service und Gastfreundlichkeit abgeht. Die Frechheit war der Service Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück der äußerst unfreundlich versuchte die Gäste aus dem Restaurant zu ekeln in dem er, während man noch gegessen hat, quer über den Tisch zu greifen um zu signalisieren das man sich beeilen soll weil er in 45 Minuten fertig sein will. Frühstückszeiten von 7 Uhr bis 10:30 Uhr so passiert um 9:40 Uhr!!! Am nächsten Morgen schickt er 2 Gäste Weg weil angeblich alles besetzt wäre. In dem Frühstücksraum waren weit mehr als 50 Sitzplätze frei. Das sehr spartanische Buffet hat er auch nur äußerst widerwillig aufgefüllt. Unser Empfehlung : Finger weg, es gibt genügend andere gastfreundlichere Unterkünfte in der Nähe. Eine Unverschämtheit und absolut inakzeptabel und noch nicht mal den einen Stern wert.

Das Hotel war für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war geräumig und groß. Der Boden war nicht sehr sauber, barfuß laufen war nicht sehr angenehm. Die Betten waren extrem weich und durchgelegen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr minimalistisch. Für den Preis aber ok. Wir hätten gerne abends im Hotel gegessen. Laut Homepage ist dort ein Wirtshaus mit einer sehr großen Speisekarten Auswahl. Das besagte Wirtshaus existiert so nicht mehr. Es gab eine ebenfalls minimalistische Burger und Bowl Speisekarte im Hotel Restaurant wo auch das Frühstücksbuffet zu finden ist. Wir haben uns dann dagegen entschieden, daher kann ich zum Essen nichts sagen, nur das es enttäuschend war, nicht das vorzufinden womit auf der Homepage geworben wird. Für die Durchreise und nur eine Nacht ist das Hotel geeignet.

夕方、チェックインする際、受付が閉まっており、控室から呼び出して対応してもらいました。不在でも鍵を受け取れるシステムになっているようで、メールしたとのことでしたが、後で調べたら何も届いていませんでした。最近では部屋にポットが無い場合は、ネスプレソが飲めるようになっているホテルが多いですが、何もありません。同じ敷地に飲食店があり、それほど徒歩で行ける範囲にスーパーマーケット、ファーストフード、ファミレスがあります。施設の内容と比較して料金はさほど安くありませんが、最近駐車料金が高くなっているため、駐車料金が無料なのが魅力です。ホテル前の道に路上駐車しても問題ないようですが。
