The interface with the Hotel Arbio group was just awful. It took 2.5 hours of phone calls, emails, texts to get the address and entry code. But the mail with the code to the entry door and the code to the box with the key was not sent , so we had to get internet at a close by mcdonalds and also borrow a phone from a stranger to be able to call the service nr , after 10-15 min the mail with the codes was sent , but they forgot to mention the room nr , so we had to guess and try the card key in...
