"At first they did not provide a room matching the reservation (Deluxe double room with harbor view) saying there were none available. Only after requesting to speak to the manager and showing the Hotels.com reservation confirmation was there apparently such a room available...."

"Das Hotel hat eigentlich Potential, aber es war niemand zum Empfang da und das Restaurant war trotz eines Samstagabends geschlossen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war um halb zehn komplett abgegrast und wurde mangels Personal nicht nachgelegt. Die einzige Kraft vor Ort war bemüht, aber überlastet. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und sauber, aber insgesamt wiegt das die Nachteile nicht auf."

"At first glance a very strange experience at what seemed an abandoned roadside hotel. After a couple of minutes we were greeted by the host though, and from here everything was smooth. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and freshly cooked meals. The facilities, facades and ‘restaurant’ for sure needs a good hand to be somewhat more presentable and inviting, as it gives you a feeling that the place has had its time of glory in the past. "Thought the hotel was lovely, particularly the bedroom which was a single room. The lobby was a little bit outdated, but this did not matter. The views of the lake from the restaurant and my room were stunning. Great setting."

"Fantastic hotel with chocolate theme, and Therefore a lot of free chocolat from their own production. Perfect spa, and even better breakfast. The lady that males the omelets etc is unbeliveble effektive and serviceminded. We had the deluxe rooms and it was really worth the money. Japaneese toilet , a lot of fun. We will be back"
