"There were so many issues for our one night stay. The tv had no remote, the in-room phone did not work, the desk chair would not rise above a foot, the wi-fi password could not be entered, the noise from the room AC made it impossible to hear the tv, the Keurig coffee maker had no supplies or cups (even after three trips from housekeeping) and the toilet required multiple flushes. On the positive side, we found hotel personnel in the restaurant and the engineer who showed up with a remote, chair...
