In the end, I had to wait for a full two hours before finally being assigned a room. I am extremely disappointed that even the basic check-in time was not honored, and overall, it was a terrible experience."

"Rooms are clean, AC is working there are shops,mall and restaurants near by. Staff is ok due to language barrier. My only comment is the check in. There’s nobody in the apartment when we arrived consisting informed them of my arrival it’s difficult esp we still don’t have WiFi that time. "
