"I stayed at Hotel Aloft for one night. The front desk staff were very good and cooperative, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. However, the TV in the room did not have enough entertainment options, which was a bit disappointing after a long day of travel. In addition, in-room service was quite slow and took a long time to deliver the items I ordered. Overall, a decent short stay thanks to the helpful staff, but the hotel definitely needs to improve its in-room entertainment and speed of service."
