"We booked a twin room on Hotels.com but when we arrived at our room, it was one king bed. The twin bed information was not passed on to the hotel. However, the staff were so accommodating, with no fuss they brought the new room key to us and showed us to the new, upgraded accommodation (a 2 bedroom apartment) which made our stay very comfortable. "I booked a short trip to Armidale as my daughter had an interview for medicine program in University of New England. Check out rule as normal at 10 am but I had an important meeting from 11am to 1 pm. The hotel (receptionist and cleaner) was so kind to let me stay in the room for the meeting (so I can use wifi). I also stayed later in the kitchen to continue my work. Thank you for helping me to complete my work. "
