"Close to airport"

"We arrived on a late flight from Hong Kong (we got to the hotel around 11.45 pm) and the staff at the desk made check in seemless. About 5 minutes from airport in a taxi (taxi was expensive for 5 minutes, about $40). The room was spotless and modern. No noise whatsoever. Very large, comfortable bed. There was a wide choice of food for the buffet breakfast that was all presented very well and tasted delicious. Fantastic hotel for weary travellers. "

"Minor issues. Vanity didn’t drain well. Musty smell in unit until aired out. We were challenged re taking unreserved seating at breakfast even as we had 4 rooms and breakfasts included. Admittedly it was Father’s Day but advance notice would have helped. Challenging guests is unprofessional. We travel extensively using 1class accommodation worldwide. At home the service could have been sharper. However overall this was an enjoyable time for us as we hosted our daughter’s wedding at Spicers and...
