"I am amazed at the way this property is ran. Easy online check-in if needed. Keyless door entry. Security cameras all around the property. Even though the doors to your room open to the outside, the rooms are remarkably quiet. Rooms can be difficult to regulate temperature in all areas but it’s very room and comfortable. Best place I’ve stayed in Nova Scotia in my 18 days stranded here. Kudos to this property. "

"There was blood on the sheets, the pool floor was dirty and slippery. There were next to no towels in the room or by the pool."

"Room was simple and clean and included basics for morning coffee/tea and toiletries. Good location."

"The bathroom wasn’t as clean as hoping(hair around the sink). No staff over night if there was an issue. Breakfast was not what I was expecting but really good ( continental) overall it was good stay beds were really comfortable "

"The fireplace was warm and added charm to the space. Everything extremely clean and pleasing to the eye. The kitchen has everything you would need. Staff were very helpful when we had questions."

"I spoke with a number a people that stayed for the weekend. They were all disappointed in the cleaning. The building are getting older and are being run down . Two burn on the store didn’t work . The seal on the wood stove needs to be replace as it was a windy night and the house filled with smoke . Checkout time was 11 am . Clocks went ahead Saturday night . The staff in a truck stopped beside our cabin looked at his watch at 11:15 . It was if he wanted us out asap. 6 people checking out taking abit . Anyway we were less than pleased. "
