This hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are absolutely lovely! Such pretty and relaxing decor, very beach home like. The rooms are spotless too! We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back!

Great location for my stay. Room was exceptionally clean. I stayed in a partial ocean view room but I can imagine the other rooms are not as nice. Only complaints is that the room is incredibly bright in the morning- like a spotlight coming in and the shades did next to nothing. Mattress was not very comfortable, hard and dipping in the center but i've slept on worse. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at this location. Was excited about having beach access included which is harder to come by in this area & day passes for other local beaches as a non resident are about $50 a day ( last time I was in the area ) the Inn included access to fluffy beach towels, chairs & umbrellas . The only thing i found disappointing which isn’t a reflection of the Inn but was the beach itself . For it being a private beach , I expected it to be a lot cleaner an not to see garbage (mostly wrappers) here an there in the water and that the sand would be a little more enjoyable an sandy , not comply covered in shells. We made the best of it but would definitely recommend bringing water shoes .

It was sort of clean ... towels were dirty and lipstick on the mugs in the cabinet ..but room over all was nice .. the residents who you share the private beach with are not very friendly and make you feel unwelcome. One woman let her large wet dog walk all over our towel we had laid out and she sidnt even apologize or anything ..i was shocked. .. buttttttttt other than those things it was a good stay.

Unfriendly staff. Sign said to knock on door. When we did the lady opened the door and said “ what do you want”. We told her we had a reservation and she just handed us an envelope with a key and welcome card in it. We were afraid to go back and ask her for towels and chairs for beach. There was one restaurant/ bar attached to inn. Food was okay but music was loud until 1am. Police were there twice with lights flashing lighting up our room. Not a restful stay.

1. the inn is not in sight of the beach 2. not prewarned that a raving bash at the bar (who knew) that was attached and happened to be exactly under our room - line ups, cops pounding bass were to be expected? 3. we did not get a parking spot - the bar? nowhere at all to leave our truck. we were going to block the drive but felt bad for the legit vacationers.

Better for the college scene, not for families

The website is deceiving. The hotel is not on the beach or even in view of it. The beach was tiny and flanked by college student houses and the beach security guard warned us about rowdiness and broken glass. The room was beautifully appointed and provided some beach necessities. However the hotel is adjacent to a college bar that is well known in the area. So the overnight until 2 am was loud and rowdy. The music and bass from the DJ playing at the bar was literally thumping through the room. The hotel had the nerve to put two sets of foam earplugs on the nightstand! Which were completely ineffective at blocking out the noise. It was ridiculous that we were unable to get to sleep until after 2 am because of it! On the positive the one office staff person and one house keeping staff person that I interacted with were very courteous and helpful. Still I wouldn’t stay there. It’s just a shame that they put so much work into such a bad location for guests who want to get some rest.

It was clean, pleasant, close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, well stocked bathroom and kitchenette. However, walls are pretty thin so it felt like people in the room next door were talking right in your room, and they were speaking very softly.

Not at the Beach - No SeaView

Everything was great! Except. It is a few Blocks from the Beach - not at the beach It has rooms listed as "SeaView" - in fact it is a framed picture of the sea hanging on the wall.
