"This was our first stay here, and overall it was a good experience. There were a few small issues, but nothing that would prevent us from booking again in the future.
One thing to keep in mind: if your room is near the stairs, you may hear kids running up and down them late at night. We contacted the staff around 11 p.m., and they responded quickly and were very helpful. Unfortunately, they can’t fully control noise in the stairwell. The running woke my kids up three different times, and the noise finally settled down around midnight to 1 a.m.
The room itself was clean overall. One blanket had a stain on it, and we found someone’s earring in the bathroom, but otherwise everything was well kept. I especially appreciated that the floors were clean and not sticky — my kids’ feet didn’t turn black from walking around, which is always a plus.
Despite the minor issues, we would definitely stay here again."
