"We got In kind of late 940pm..... I have a 13 and 11 year old and we changed and got to the pool just in time for 10 min of pool time to cool off. When the lady came to lock up she told us to take our time and let her know when we were finished. That was August 1st I don't know her name but she worked until 11:00 p.m. she told us. We took an extra 15 minutes got out and told her how much we appreciated her generosity. The next morning my father my husband and the kids all of us went for breakfast. I have been to many hotels in many different states and many different companies. This is by far 100% hands down the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel (morning of August 2nd).After eating after breakfast you usually have to get something to eat a couple hours later. Not today!!!! Even my 84 year old father agreed and mentioned it to the worker before I even had a chance to say anything to her or him. We don't live far from wapakoneta however I will definitely remember this place and will return. Then as we were leaving the cleaning staff were signing laughing and clearly love what they do. Thank You to ALL the staff"
"The property was well maintained but only one ice machine was working. I was also charged a $5 daily parking fee which was not disclosed when making the reservation or during check-in."
"Room was decent but it had a bad smell when you walked in. There was a empty wall airfreshener plug in and a little mold behind the toilet. Asked the cleaning staff to leave cleaning towels and toilet paper for next overnight stay, got back to room and nothing there. Had to go to office for the items. Breakfast was the usual continental items. 1st night coming back not a single parking space in the lot, we needed a handicap spot and had to park far from the entrance in a place that wasn't even a parking place. Otherwise, it was a decent stay for our needs"
