"We found signs of bed bugs as soon as we went into the room. They allowed us to change rooms but the second room had bed bug eggs all over as well. We declined to stay and were given no opportunity to get a refund. Hotels.com, how do I get my money back?"

"Stayed here for a night during a road trip. The facility looks newly renovated and was very clean. More than clean some 3 star hotels. Bed wasn’t the most comfy but it was fine for me. Night receptionist lady was super nice and friendly. Area felt safe. Would stay here again."
