"The Omni Charlottesville was beautiful, clean, comfortable and relaxing. The indoor pool, hot tub was very nice. There was also a sauna in the men’s and women’s changing rooms. The lobby had lots of seating areas and a bar/small plate menu. The restaurant where we had breakfast was very good and also pretty with a relaxing vibe. Parking was very good. I’d definitely stay again. We had two teenage grandchildren with us and they loved it."

"Parking is very convenient in a crowded part of the city with limited parking. It's free and in the basement. Not a lover of the decor, but that's a personal choice and has nothing to do with the overall function of the hotel. My biggest complaint is the odd choice of their room doors. They are extremely heavy and have a spring action shut to them that makes them slam automatically, causing a huge "bang" all through the hall even if you try to close the door quietly. Not sure why it has to be so...

"Breakfast was limited but good enough. The room smelled bad probably from the dirty carpet. The sink was not draining at first but the staff attended to it immediately. There were enough parking spaces. "

Have a parking spot during a busy concert weekend is one of the reasons we picked to stay there. After the concert, waited 1.5 hours to get out of the garage we finally found a spot in. "The interior of the rooms is old and worn. Hopefully the updated lobby is a sign that the rooms are scheduled to be updated next. Housekeeping is questionable as one of my pillowcases had a stain and the sheets smelled like hand lotion. Told the front desk about the stain and was told they would make housekeeping aware but that was the only effort made to make it right."

"I told the front desk staff that we were very sensitive to noise and the lady at front desk gave me the room on the first floor right next to the public bathrooms. I asked whether this was going to be quiet, and she reassured me and said yes. People were using that bathroom since 6:30 am, and I could hear everything. Maybe it was my fault for trusting her but please maybe just be a little more thoughtful next time. Btw, there were other rooms available. Also breakfast eggs tasted funky. "
