Bourbon Orleans Hotel
Great hotel with a really awesome location. Easy access to jackson square and bourbon street. Room was great. Only issue was there was light above the window. Blqckout shades would have been ideal.

Hotel Monteleone, New Orleans
Lovely hotel, staff levels good. Confusion around deposits and holding charges resulting in multiple entries against credit card. Staff dealt with their side of the issues as best they could and also reduced the bill by way of compensation.
