"Expected a relaxing vacation, but unfortunately, my stay was filled with repeated issues. At check-in, I authorized the other two adults in my room to charge purchases to the room, but throughout our stay they were repeatedly told they weren't authorized, which was frustrating and embarrassing. "The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and of high quality. I slept really well and it was very quiet. I appreciated the shampoo, body lotion and conditioner.
