"It is an older property but staff is friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was rather noisy but had ear plugs so did not impact sleep. Could not hear neighbors at all. Close to lots of “stuff”. Would stay here again. Room was reasonable size. "

"Had a really lovely stay here. I was surprised at how central it was to everywhere in New York. Room was quiet at the back of hotel and I didn’t hear any noise. I came alone and felt incredibly safe. Met lovely Joey on reception who was a dream and an asset to the hotel, will definitely be staying again when I come in the next few months. "

"The rooms were small but adequate for our 3 night stay. The location was excellent with numerous restaurants easily accessible by walking. We were very unhappy about the $3/bag storage fee we were charged for holding our luggage until our room was ready, we've never experienced this before anywhere. The room was very noisy at night as there was a lot of road construction in the middle of the night well into the morning hours."
