This hotel wasn't the best, but it was affordable for the stay. The lady was really nice, and helpful. No breakfast is served here, and it is very nosey, due to it being on a busy highway. The hotel needs a lot of work. I love the location because its close to staten island and a lot of great restaurants. If I were to visit NYC again, maybe or maybe not I'll give this place another try. Book at your own destruction.

The location is convenient. There's noise from the busy street but it's not overwhelming. The sleeping and working area has been renovated and is clean and modern, but the floors need a thorough mopping (my socks were almost black from walking on them) and the bathroom needs renovation. Otherwise, a convenient and peaceful stay.

. As soon as I opened the door there was a huge spider/spiderweb next to the entrance. In the bathroom I found centipedes crawling from shower drain as well as more spiders. The shower was not clean and the shower curtain had hair on it. There was a mildew smell that transferred to my clothes after leaving. The bed was made but the sheets were stained and dirty with crumbs? I ended up sleeping on top of the covers and door dashing a blanket to lay on because I was genuinely afraid of bugs/bed bugs. The ceilings and walls were stained and there were holes/cracks all along the walls. The bed was comfortable and the toilet, fridge, and microwave only thing that was clean. I am not one to ever leave negative reviews but this is one that i felt must be known.

This motel is situated on the outskirts of the New Jersey town of Linden, about a 15 minute walk from the NJ Transit train station and by the side of a busy main road. The motel is dated, but my room was clean and there was a fridge, microwave and a fairly small TV. The room itself is tired, especially the bathroom, but I thought the price was reasonable for the accommodation provided. There is ample car parking available and the motel is situated next door to McDonalds. In the bathroom, the towels provided weren’t very big and they could do with being replaced with better quality, bigger towels for showering. The main downside to this motel was the traffic noise from the main road. Additionally, whilst the air conditioning was superb at cooling the room, it was very noisy. Positives included a very big, very comfortable bed. I found the motel to be great value for money and would stay here again if I needed to find cheaper, basic accommodation near Newark Airport and within fairly easy reach of New York.
