"My family stayed here for 2 nights. After arriving we showered and proceeded to get ready to go to a family function. My sister could not get the tub faucet to turn off after her shower. My mother called down to the front desk and was informed that there was only one staff member onsite and that there was nothing she could do. My mother then called back and had to ask to switch rooms. I went down to retrieve the new room keys. I approached the desk, and announced myself. The attendant was on her cell phone, reached for the new keys, handed them to me… all without making eye contact or uttering a word. There was a complete absent of customer service due to the fact that we had to pack up and switch rooms. This ordeal caused us to arrive late to where we were going. She offered no apology for the inconvenience, not to mention the water was extremely hot and caused the room fill with steam. Around midnight my sister walked down to the room and could still hear the water running, 6hrs later! She informed the new staff on duty. They were completely unaware of the situation.
Also, in our new room, there was food left in the fridge. Do better.
Ohhh and because I booked through a 3rd party, I could only receive points as form of reimbursement."
