"A very comfortable and relaxing overnight stay. Lovely country pub with friendly staff, good food and accommodation. We liked the rooms being located away from the main pub, as we could have our meal then head back to our peaceful room."

"Good hotel. Beer, room and food excellent."

"Lovely food, including pached eggs for breakfast. Comfortable be, nice spacious room, quiet rural location but quite handy for my customer visit the next day. All good, would stay again."

"Convenient location. Lovely clean and comfortable room. Very good value for money."

"We were greated by the kindest host who gave us many helpful tips and made us feel at home. The room was nice, clean and in walking distance/bus distance to city centre - and breakfast was very good. Highly recommend staying here."

"We stayed in the inn itself, where the room’s decor is a little mad but we enjoyed it. The room was a little tired (chipped paint, absent towel rail) but everything functioned. Good pub grub and a “fun bus” outside to keep the kids entertained (a whole evening of fun for them), and great location for Stonehenge."

"Recently refurbished, excellent staff, very pleasant stay."

"Exceptional staff, fantastic breakfast and ideal location!"

"The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Excellent location with parking to explore Oxford."

"Good location, clean room. The pillows could be better and the fan was making a lot of noise. Overall good place."

"The room was spotless beautifully furnished. We had endless tea, coffee milk and biscuits. The staff could not have been more helpful nothing was too much trouble The restaurant and bar was clean and very comfortable. The food was fabulous, well prepared. Added to all this you have a very large car park Would recommend this hotel and give it 10/10."
