"I love this hotel but on this occasion I have been left very disappointed with the facilities as a resident at !0 30 pm I would expect to be able to enjoy a drink in the bar before going to bed but at 10 25 when I got to the bar it was closed not only my self but five fellow residents were also gutted ..."
