Maldron Hotel Newcastle
Room 435 was initially ok until young men on rugby tour were so loud up and down the corridor even knocking on our door at 1am. The pillows were very hard the duvets far too heavy. Copthorne Hotel Newcastle
Had a problem with the first room allocated, staff were very apologetic and rectified the problem immediately. Room was spacious, clean but starting to show age in parts.
