"Showed up but no one was working other than the check in clerk. Everyone was off for the 4th of July holiday. It was horrible, the restaurant was closed too! The exhaust fan didn’t work so we couldn’t shower, there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom too. It was not a good stay at all."

"My key opened the door to the wrong room. Trash bags left outside my room after cleaning crew was done for the day. Swimming pool had no clean towels nor were the dirty towels collected. I was told I needed to call and request a refrigerator for my room. That is not the case, they all have refrigerators ..."
