"Staff wonderful and clean and spacious room - would stay again"

"Clean and well maintained room. Staff were helpful and pleasant. We didn't have breakfast as part of our stay but rather a light snack at the coffee shop outside, food was ok but nothing special. The additional charge to use the on-site pool and gym felt excessive and we chose not to use it."

"I have been wanting to stay here for so long, and it was worth the wait! Pool was fantastic, even on a cool Melbourne day. Staff were so lovely and the whole stay was fantastic. The rooms and amenities were beautiful and all the added touches, like a roof top bar and now a new burger bar was amazing! And so close to the waterfront, and Melbourne star and all the attractions."

"We needed an economical placed in CBD close to Southern Cross and this was well placed. We knew it wasn’t going to be great. It was clean. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and it was noisy with late night guests coming in a party mood and making lots of noise. but we only stayed 2 nights. Wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer. Felt a bit like a jail cell in a jail block but it was ok for a very short stay. "
