"Hotel is a great price and is a little tired but comfortable and you have what you need for a stop over. Unfortunately chef took ill so couldn’t eat there but menu looked good. Instead they recommended the Dam Inn which was amazing food!"

"The property is old but in good condition. The room was clean and had a nice shower. Very quiet location with a pub and decent food and a good breakfast. Plenty of free parking and a large outdoor seating area. Being located in Thornes Park it was nice to take a walk around the grounds. No air conditioning so the room was a little warm, but would definitely stay there again."

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and its staff. Everything is perfect. It’s recently had some updating, and it was a pleasure to stay there. "On arrival had a warm welcome from the staff who asked if we wanted drinks we said yes and that we had booked 2 rooms. We were given our drinks and they would bring the room keys to us in a few minutes. Young lady came over and asked if we would like to see the rooms, which I went with the young lady and shown the rooms. I rejoined my friends and told them the rooms were amazing and very clean. We all went to our rooms freshened up, met in bar and all said how well the Cherry Tree Inn is from...

"It was very spacious. Beautifully maintained. Room was lovely. Bed very comfy. Iron and ironing board. The Breakfast was gorgeous both mornings. Very good value. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking fine. Interesting prom night when I arrived Friday. Very entertaining. Went next door to spa Friday night. Day pass for £15 pool and gym. Lovely."

"A gem of a hotel tucked well away in it's own extensive grounds. We were upgraded to one of the 5 suites which was extremely spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was great and staff very helpful. We will definitely stay again."
