No lift so had to climb three floors of stairs with luggage but did have help offered to us which was nice. The apartment was small, darkly decorated in grey and quite disappointing. "The room itself was ok. Strange unpleasant food smells emanating from bathroom. Check in was well explained but tricky getting code on lock box outside in the dark. Relieved to be staying only one night and would not rebook"
