From the moment we arrived Bayshore did not disappoint. The staff was accommodating, the room spacious, the property is well maintained. We were there as only a pass through for a night, but both agreed we would look forward to a longer stay. We used the property’s bikes, We enjoyed the roof top deck and there is a private outdoor lounge for guests only, it looked very nice. The room comes with lovely oversized towels, robes, a safe, and cooler to use for the beach. The property makes the most of the space they have in the peninsula, and is a lovely beach get away.

We had a wonderful stay at Bay Shore. Greta staff and accommodations. Close to Newport pier and Beach. They had beach cruisers and beach gear you can use. The balcony on top was nice to enjoy the views. The room was big and quiet. We will definitely be stay here again.

Amazing hotel. Location is top notch in Newport. 1 block to ocean 1/2 to the Newport harbor/channel. The hotel has two roof decks and a very nice cafe downstairs. We love it!

Very clean, very comfortable, nicely appointed rooms. Very nice coffee/sandwich counter downstairs with great breakfast options. Awesome extras (beach bag, cooler, beach chairs, bicycles) and rooftop relaxing spaces with fireplaces, comfortable couches and chairs, mood lighting, digital music, and a tv for you to log onto your streaming service. Water view wasn't much, and on-property parking is a pricey. Some street parking is free, some is hourly; look for the white painted corner marks-- those spots require payment between 8am and 6pm.

Afternoon Valet guy was the best! Very nice gentleman, very helpful. The day shift girls could learn a thing or 2 about customer service from him. The place was cute and very welcoming. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Def will be coming back!

Room with “partial ocean view” as marketed does not see any ocean at all. Parking on weekends at the hotel is turned into valet and they give all the spots to people not staying there at night. Cleanliness great. Towels and bathroom great. Central location between the beach and marina. At night streets and bars dominated by 20 year olds.

I didn't have a beach view, but I wasnt there to watch the beach from my room. The rooms were very clean and when the windows are shut you cant hear anything from outside. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast wasnt something I partook in because there were so many other places to go. The only thing I give 3 stars to is the bed; it's too soft for me, but others might love it! Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location and brand new property. The rooms were super clean, bathroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Big bonus points for having a full service cafe on the property and complimentary beach bikes. The staff was also very friendly and property well maintained.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The decor was beautiful, the location was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the two ocean-view sundecks, which provided the perfect place to relax and take in the scenery. The property is conveniently located near both the marina and the beach, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. There are also numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance, which added to the overall experience. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bay Shores. The staff were friendly and helpful, the beach was a block away, the bed and pillows were comfortable and restaurants were close by. We walked everywhere or grabbed an uber if needed, great vacation.
