The front desk staff were helpful and polite, the pool area was clean and well stocked with towels. Our room was clean and nice and cool. The breakfast was much better than I was expecting for a hotel breakfast. It was pretty close to the beach, we would stay here again!

Great location & very good room rates for this area. Parking costs are only $22 compared to many other hotels which are double. Staff was friendly. The rooms are not fancy but were neat & clean; and that served my purpose.

The room had a bad smell, a lot of the room seemed like it was breaking down (paint peeling off, broken chairs, bad smell, and etc), they charge you to self park and my car got a ton of ants in it from the parking lot. I was really surprised by the quality of the hotel especially for it being in Newport Beach which is a nice area.
