Location by Back Bay is the bomb. Little 9 hole golf course was a fun way to work on your short game. Access to bikes and pickleball was perfection. Airport noise is not an issue indoors. Would stay here again.

This hotel is older but well maintained. It is a GREAT location with a great view of the back bay. It took over 45 minutes to get our car from Valet and there was no back up or line. Once I asked for status I found out no one ever went to get our car and they were all just standing around. It made us late for our luncheon.

Lovely location, staff were helpful. The restaurant was good and service there very good. The property itself is run- down though and smelled of mold/mildew. We were supposedly put in a “better” room at the back of the property but it smelled and the room sloped downward which was odd. The building was still painted an odd pink. It looked like maybe the other buildings were more updated. Was rather disappointing given I’d stayed there years ago when it was a much nicer hotel. The daily parking and resort fees were very expensive for what you get. Sadly, I wouldn’t go back.

The amenities were fantastic and the staff were accommodating. The DJ at the pool was fun and made the experience excellent. Ashley Cruz at guest services was amazing and made the stay fabulous. I would recommend staying at this location not only for the above mentioned but for ADA accommodations and the location across the street from Newport Bay!

The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We had an issue with our room and they went above and beyond to make things right and took great care of us. We love staying there as there are so many things for kids and adults to experience and enjoy at the resort.
