"The room was spacious and well provided. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good offering a large choice of options. Dinner menu was also excellent and the food was fresh and well prepared."

"Staff helpful and friendly, breakfast was nice and enough choice for us, dinner was really nice and good value and the room was clean but just needed a bit of extra attention in the bathroom. But for the price paid and location we were more than happy."

"This hotel is in a great location. It is within walking distance to Tintagel Castle (Gallos Statue & Merlin's Cave). The hotel experience was great; I received a warm welcome when I checked in at the restaurant/pub up front and they walked me to my room. The room was large and impeccably clean. The bathroom was not in or directly attached to the room, but it was my use only and they provided robes for traversing the 3 feet of hallway between doors. "We checked in but didn’t stay here. We gave the key back as soon was we reached our room, this is a sports bar which is fine if you are told this when booking. The rooms are filthy with stained bedding. We
Asked for a refund as we needed to stay elsewhere but have not had any feedback from them or expedia. Not a happy customer as we use Expedia regularly. They need to look at who they endorse and refund when appropriate."
