"We love coming to your hotel as it gives us all the things we need. Location is perfect surf shop for our fun. Unfortunately we always seem to have bad experiences with the restaurant it always gets sorted but would be nice if it didn’t happen. On a brighter note the staff are fantastic and always there to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Many thanks. See you soon"

"Brilliant location, next to the sea and town centre. Parking spaces available (although not many). Room was clean, smelt fresh. Shower was easy to operate. Lift is available. Loved the pool - relaxing and quiet. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Price was good value for money. Would visit again if going to Newquay."

"Overall, this hotel was great and perfect for the kids. We had dinner and breakfast, both of which were great with very friendly staff. Pool was ideal for our needs. The only slight issue was that the villa room did get quite hot for our taste, even with the patio door open, but wasn’t a major issue. We will be booking again in the future!"
