Beautiful old house

Had a lovely stay at Yarner house. Beautiful old house in a stunning location. Lily and her mum were fantastic, really welcoming and their local knowledge was great. The breakfast was good also, brilliant fresh home made breads. Would recommend staying here for a nice quiet getaway.

Magical experience

This charming manor, which has been a destination wedding location for years, is perfectly situated on a hillside just inside Dartmoor with incredible views of the surrounding countryside. It's the perfect place to unplug and recharge. We stayed 3 nights and cannot say enough about how positive the experience was. The rooms are comfortable, individualized and well appointed. The thick walls of the house (1700s?) made it super quiet at night The hosts are amazing, very friendly and provided excellent service. Loved the breakfasts. Hiking was just a short walk away. Coffee on the front lawn in the morning overlooking the countryside was magical. There's WiFi and fine mobile coverage if needed; I took an overseas Skype video call from there with no problem. We highly recommend Yarner House.
