"overall it was a peaceful stay but the pictures of the hotel were not accurate. the pictures made it look like a nice hotel. But it was more like a motel. pictures were deceiving. "
"Overall the place worked for our week. Internet was sufficient. There is a $100 deposit that isn't listed anywhere online. On our first night, we mentioned we had a service dog and were not charged a pet fee. When we extended our stay, they charged us a pet fee saying we never told them even though I had the communication. They made a fuss about having to check the room to refund the pet fee. Walls are very thin and the place is a bit outdated. The shower head looked disgusting, but surprisingly worked well. The breakfast was lacking as it was mostly eggs and I could never find the milk for cereal. Sausages were just white so we didn't touch them. Everything in the room had stains, bed linens, chairs, and even the Bible, but that nothing we're not worried about as it didn't smell bad or anything. Housekeeping was very friendly and came by almost daily to see if they could provide anything. I would come back if I absolutely had too, but the deposit not being listed was a bit disappointing. Think we may just avoid days inns altogether cause it always seems to be something of them trying to withhold money."
"They don’t tell you that your pet cannot weigh more than 30 pounds. They let us have our dog, even though he is about 40, but we had no idea that was part of their rules."
"This property is good overall, I had stayed a few times over the last few year and alway rated excellent. This year was different, took longer to get attention in certain areas . Linens had absolutely signs of wear . Broken shave shelf in shower. Water glass dirty. Was a bit shocked "
"The room was not clean, cob webs with live spiders in one of the corners of the room, dead bugs in the light covers, dirt all around the tub and in the bathroom. Pool is not heated even though it’s an indoor pool. Breakfast ended at 10. We started eating at 8:30. They just wouldn’t remake any of the eggs or anything so when they ran out they were just out. They would start packing food away at 9. We couldn’t get new towels for over 24 hours. Couldn’t get our room cleaned for over 24 hours. There was a disgusting amount of dust on all the lamps. No racks in the refrigerator. Anywhere there was a trash can it was just overflowing with trash. Don’t let the rating on here deceive you "
