"The place is outdated for the price. I stayed in room 213, the floor is unlevel, which tells me the structure is compromised. I had to move rooms because that room air conditioner quit. Room 211 was much nicer. But still, not nice enough for the price. Won’t stay again."

"Stayed at Merry Acres Inn for 2 nights and had a terrible experience. The room was in poor condition—the door was barely on the hinges, floors were dirty, the bathroom vent was broken, and the coffee pot didn’t work. Parking was inconvenient (had to park far from our room), and the restaurant looked more like a storage space than a place to eat. The biggest concern was safety. There were people walking around who appeared to be under the influence and looking into vehicles, which made us very uncomfortable. Definitely not worth $298. I would not stay here again. It was falsely advertised. We want our money back. "

"The room was clean and perfectly quiet for much needed sleep. It’s perfectly located for food and was easy to find. The lady that checked me in was very nice and I wish I would’ve paid attention to her name. "

"I would’ve gave it 5 stars, BUT there was a half used toilet tissue roll in the bathroom, stain on the chair at the desk, and the TV remote didn’t turn down the tv if you used the HDMI port. I feel that if housekeeping was cleaning thoroughly then fresh rolls of toilet paper should be provided for a new guest. Other than that it exceeded my expectations. Some of the reviews are really bad. But in my experience it’s up to date, really big tv nice view out the window. I will most likely stay here again in the future. "
