"Great service. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious with a sitting area. Bathroom was big and clean. Not a problem as I am fluent in Mandarin, however this did mean they took turns to act busy ignoring me because I looked foreign - only looking up from their vital tasks when admonished by the manager to "take care of that guest". Language barrier aside, they were unwilling to help with basic things like booking transport to the airport (told us it was very difficult to book them), and were unable to offer any suggestions on alternative...
