"The rooms are fine. But Khalifa who is at the front desk in the morning made our life incredibly difficult and really put a bad taste in our mouths. We needed to switch rooms and ask front desk to move our luggage once it was ready - it was not done. We had another incident where he messed up our reservation and had to keep spending time trying to get him to fix it. He wouldn’t accept that he had made a mistake with the reservation. It is really is disappointing. "

The staff is efficient, yet not particularly attentive to guests, and the information provided was minimal — for example, I was not told that the hotel is connected to a shopping mall. The food was also disappointing. I ordered a rare filet, but it was served completely overcooked and extremely tough. On the positive side, the location is very good, the hotel has a nice pool with bar service, and I was able to book a very pleasant tour through the hotel at a fair price. "

"Our Family Room could use a little refreshing, but aside from that, our stay was absolutely perfect. The breakfast and lunch kitchen teams were exceptionally kind and attentive, and the reception staff were equally welcoming and professional. I also needed to work during my stay, and the internet connection was excellent — fast, stable, and very reliable, which made a real difference. Food was also diverse and very good. I have stayed in many Novotel properties, particularly across Europe, and this one truly stands out as the best experience I’ve had so far. A special thank you to Ousmane, Safietou, and the lovely lady welcoming guests at the restaurant entrance for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. We will gladly return."

"the hotel is very clean, nice garden well maintain, room clean, staff very nice and helpfull, location is good, nice area and safe,Ngor beach is just 11 min walk you also have a 24h Auchan convenient store. will surely recommend. a big shout out to Anna and Christian at checked in and checked out. pour une 1ere fois au Senega cet hotel etait superbe, propre, vert et relaxant car cetait pas trop occupe, les employes sont super gentil et n hesite pas a aider, les gens de la securite a lentree de l hotel aussi super gentil et peuvent te guider ou aller en te securite, sinon l hotel est bien place ds la zone les almadies donc tres securitaire, la plage Ngor est juste a 11min de marche et de la quitte les pirogues pour lile Ngor, hotel vient avec le petit dejeuner en option cetait pas mal et ca aide pour demarrer une journee touristique. je vous le recommande certain. un grand merci a Anna et Christian pour leur check in et check out."
