"The service from staff was very good. However, the room had an odd smell to it, the towels had stains on it, and the breakfast was below average. The dining area didn’t have enough seats for the guests so you can’t even have your own table to eat. The description of the room I paid for said top floor which was misleading, I was on 18th floor when there are 25 floors (not a big difference but I did hear noise upstairs and the view is different and more obstructed). At the price point I paid, I expected better."

"Clean, friendly staff, good buffet breakfast. Beach has nice white sand. Pools were very well maintained. The spa experience was amazing listening to the waves crash while getting a massage."

"Check-in was quick. Staff were polite and professional. I booked the family deluxe room which is just two standard connecting rooms. There wasn’t even a real sitting area for a family to sit. I don’t care for the wet bathroom with the deep bathtub. Water gets everywhere which makes the floor wet and slippery. It’s difficult getting out of the bathtub. Breakfast was standard for Vietnam. I was expecting more fruits besides dragon fruit and bananas. The daily soups were good. Windows are thin so you can hear the street traffic and music at night. Overall okay stay. "
