Nice hotel but terrible food

Nice resort. Pools are too small for the size of the hotel, sometimes no sun beds available and pools felt crowded at times. Breakfast is ok but the other food was awful, literally inedible at times...it's the worst food in any hotel I've stayed in Vietnam after living here for 10 years. And there's nowhere close to the hotel outside that you can get too for alternative food, it's a 30 min drive to central Nha Trang so a bit of a trek for a quick meal!

グリーンの芝生が一面に海に向かって広がっていて 素敵なロケーションです。 ホテルのアクティビティでcooking classに参加しましたが、 丁寧なスタッフ対応と細やかな準備で、出来上がったベトナム料理三品も美味しく頂きました。お勧めです！ 難を言えばお部屋に入った時のカビ臭が気になりました。

리조트 자체로는 굉장히 편안하고 만족스럽습니다. 인근 볼거리는 없어서 택시타고 30분정도 가야합니다. 재방문 의사도 있습니다.

Wir haben ein Päärchenurlaub gemacht. Schon bei der Ankunft ist uns aufgefallen, ie schön und neu das Hotel aussieht. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir haben auch einen "Welcomedrink" erhalten. Jeder einzelne Angestellte im Hotel, sei es Gärtner, Barkeeper oder Manager grüßt sofort, hilft, wo es nur geht. Sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Man fühlt sich sher wohl. Alles ist sauber. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Lage des Hotels. Ansich ist es schön gelegen mit einem schönen Strand, jedoch ist es etwas außerhalb von Nha Trang. Und andere Essensmöglichkeiten (Fleisch) auf guten Niveau gibt es nur dort. Auch falls man gedenkt tauchen zu gehen (alles abgestorben und nicht die beste Sicht, aber anderes Thema), dann muss man doch irgendwie dahin kommen. Kostenloser Shuttle Service ist verfügbar, aber nicht sehr oft. Mini-Kritikpunkt wären teilweise noch die Preise. Ein 4 Gänge Menü (was wirklich hervorragend war), kostete pro Person knapp 90€, was für vietnamesische => teuer! Aber das ist wirklich der einzige Kritikpunkt! Lobend erwähnen muss man den Manager (Norbert) und die Valerie, welche beide super nett, hilfsbereit, kompetent, bemüht, strebsam und und und sind. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Visum und daraus resultierende Probleme mit dem Rückflug. Beide haben sich persönlich uns angenommen und alles dran gesetzt uns zu helfen (auch in ihrem frei). Das ist nicht selbstverständlich, zumal Qatar wirklich sehr schwach aufgestellt ist im Thema Support (aber anderes Thema).

마음에 드는

조식은 훌륭했고 테이블 안내후에 조식부페의 보통 제공되는 커피가 아닌 커피매장에서 마시는 커피를 따로 주문할수 있어서 좋았다..전체적으로 마음에 들었고 다만 주변에는 딱히 구경할곳은 없다 .셔틀버스를 타고 시내로 이동후에 다녀야함

有私人泳灘, 有三間餐廳, 越式, 高级西餐, 其中越式餐廳在私人泳灘旁, 多個泳池, 泳池也好靚, 有spa; 酒店房間很不錯, 干净, 3人入住, 一早已預备好加床, 很窩心! 离芽莊市30分鐘車, 酒店每天有多班shuttle入芽莊市; 消費全部要在酒店内, 也設有烹飪班等, 静态休閒好地方! 酒店服務友善, 窝心, 因有長者, 充許迟2小時check out, 去Cam Rahn機埸15分鐘車程!

예쁜리조트

공항에서 가까워서 밤늦게 도착해서 들어가 쉬기 좋았습니다. 리조트동인 디럭스콜렉션 이용했는데 관리가 매우 잘 되어있고 조경도 정말 예쁩니다. 영어는 약간 덜 통하지만 지내기 어려운정도는 아닙니다. 조식도 깔끔하고 방도 매우 청결합니다. 일단 깜란 비치 자체가 굉장히 여유롭고 예쁘며, 스파쪽 수영장은 약간 물이 따뜻해서 더웠지만 조식식당 근처 수영장이 더 뷰가좋고 좋았습니다. 깜란비치가 들어가기도 좋고 아기랑 놀기도 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 빌라는 겉으로보기에는 약간 덜 프라이빗해보이긴 했는데 직접 이용한 것은 아니어서 확실하진 않네요. 나트랑에 또 방문한다면 첫날 비행 후 들어가는 리조트로 이용할 마음은 있습니다.

베트남 리조트에서 한적하게 쉴 수 있는 호텔

시내로 나가려면 30분 정도 걸리고 하루에 3회 셔틀 버스 운행해서 타고 갔다올 수 있습니다. 시내는 딱히 할 게 없기 때문에 리조트에서 한적하게 돌아다니기 좋고요 레스토랑은 가격이 좀 세지만 그래도 좋았습니다. 호텔 내 액티비티가 좀 많았우면 좋겠지만 추천할만한 호텔 입니다

Wonderful stay!

The resort is super beautiful with a full of tree and it is indochina style. It had 3 swimming pool which is very convenient for guest. The swimming pool is very clean and the water is warm. Resort also had the cinema for kid and the food here is so delicious, especially Western food. The beach is safe. The sand is smooth. My room was huge with 55 square meters. Everything is great! Just need more variety on the breakfast menu then it will be perfect. The resort is 15 mins away from Camranh airport and need 45 mins to Nha Trang center. However, it still has shuttle bus to city with convenient time. I did have a wonderful moment here and I have already recommended the Anam to my friend and we will come back for sure!

Words cannot describe how truly incredible the Anam hotel is. It exceeded my expectations again and again. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning! Beyond 5 star quality! The grounds are absolutely fabulous and the proximity to easily one of the best beaches in the world is amazing! The staff and service is fantastic! Staff are very friendly and are willing to go the extra mile to make every guest feel comfortable. The attention to detail at this hotel is impeccable from the complementary chocolates at night to the fine dining experience at the colonial restaurant. I would highly recommend the Anam to anyone looking for a guaranteed top of the range stay. I will certainly be returning back!

Highly recommended!

Arrived at The Anam and were escorted to our villa. Thought the resort looked fine from the lobby to our room. What a surprise next morning when we arose to go to breakfast and had a chance to look over the grounds. Beautiful and immaculate! The resort buildings and surrounding gardens and pools are right up there with the best we have ever stayed in, and that's many resorts all over Asia and other parts of the world. Great staff, great restaurant choices, great rooms, everyone wants to help. Highly recommended.

hotel system, service too bad!!!! 첫번째, 7개월 아기와의 여행이라 이것저것 준비할게 많아 호텔과의 5~6통의 이메일을 주고 받았습니다. 원하는 답변을 얻었고 여행가 체크인을 하고 방에 들어가는데 아기침대가 설치가 안되어있습니다. 그리고 7주년여행이라고 했는데 해피허니문이라고 케익이 있더라구요. 아무튼 침대요청했지만 없어서 못해준다 하길래 로비로 가서 이메일을 보여주며 너희가 답변을 줬다 없으면 엑스트라 베드라도 줘야하는거 아니냐 했더니 그럼 비용을 청구해야한답니다. 너희가 준비하지 못했으니 내놓아라 했더니 윗사람부르고 결국 매니저가 더 알아보겠다고 하더니 엑스트라 베드로 설치해줬습니다. 두번째, 2박을 예약해놓아서 2번의 조식이 포함되어있었습니다만 대한항공이 새벽비행기라 2번째 아침을 못먹으니 어떻게 조치를 취해달라고 이야기하니 여기저기 확인해야된다며 결국 런치박스로 방에 1시까지 가져다준답니다. 12:30이전에 방에 들어갔고 대기하는데 1:20분이 되어도 안오길래 연락해보니 왜 문을 안열어줬냐하네요... 금방온다하고 치킨랩과 과일이 든 종이박스와 빌지를 함께 주더라구요. 보니까 77만동................................ 눈뜨고 코 베일뻔했네요. 무조건 사인해라 하길래 아니다 이상하다 우리 프리다 했더니 아니다 체크에 사인해라... 결국 또 로비로 가서 매니저에게 말하니 죄송합니다..... 엄청 미안해하더라구요 직원들 소통이 안된거 같다면서. 네 엄청 안됩니다 세번째, 공항픽업서비스도 들어가있었습니다. 새벽비행기라 걱정도 되어서 체크인할때 확인했더니 한사람당 셔틀이 얼마다 이러는거에요 그래서 우리는 포함되어있다 확인해라 했더니 약5분뒤 아 네 있네요 그떄 체크아웃하고 셔틀타시면 됩니다 하고 메모해서 갔어요. 다음날 점심에 혹시나 하는 마음에 더블체크하러 갔더니 또 한사람당 얼마다 하는거에요. 제발 제발 체크좀 잘해놔라 그리고 제빌 잊지마라 우리 포함되어있다 하니 아 네네 맞네요 ...... 저녁이에요. 체크아웃하러갔죠 셔틀탈래 택시불러줄까? 이러네요? 난 셔틀이다 하니깐 셔틀은 한사람당 얼마다 또............................ 너무너무 열이 받았습니다. 너희들 직원끼리는 절때 소통을 안하는거냐 아니면 손님 정보에 대해 전혀 관심도 기제도 안하는거냐 하고 싸웠습니다. 3번째다 이건 너무 한거 아니냐 이랬더니 그직원이 자기한테 아무 말 안해줬다네요........... 전 호텔스닷컴 실버등급에 대한항공 모닝캄등급입니다. 두어달에 한번씩은 여행다니지만 평생 이렇게 화가 난게 처음이네요. 정말 최악이였어요 2박내내 체크만하고 컴플레인만 하고 온 느낌이에요. 손님 체크인아웃 정리를 페이퍼로 하더라구요. 모든 시스템은 정말... 정말 최악이였습니다.
