soso gave it a good but realy it is only average Guest servive sucked My room was clean but they left a 1/2 of pale of garbage phoned front desk but they acted like they didn't really care but they did send someone to pick it up It makes me wonder what else they did not do The morning breakfest was nothing to brag about no fruits only some kind of sauage patties and powdered eggs ,cereal and milk and the usual bread and bagles Very disapointed on the breakfest. But remember you get what you paid for other then that the pool was nice and sauner was good , I would go back only because of the price

We’ve been coming here for 20yrs. Sadly the facility is in a serious need of refurbishment. The staff work very hard to keep the place clean, but you can’t wipe off probably close to 25 years of stain. It makes the place seem much more grimier than it is. It’s a bit eclectic in its style/construction. It’s like they built a motel inside a hotel. Ironically, been in a few places like this from Alberta to New Brunswick, so might be a Canadian thing. During the day the natural light is amazing, but when it’s dark outside it’s very dim inside. We have mixed feelings about this it gives off an ambiance on one hand, dark and foreboding on the other. It especially feels odd whit hall way patio doors, bars/fencings and sharp turns, and old,worn walls and floorings. The pool is odd too. Kinda has a thrown in feel. Kids didn’t care though. I’d preferred the space be for laundry machines. We will most definitely stay here. It is an old, odd, but well maintained with great staff, pet friendly, family friendly and proximity to Clifton Hills and the falls.

Staff were friendly and quickly handled any request made. Hallways and rooms were quiet. Morning buffets were good with clean food areas and tables/seating.

The location was perfect and the breakfast good. However the carpet throughout was dirty, and coming away, causing a tripping hazard. Walls needed repairing. Major renos required.
