I have been staying with family at Niagara falls since long.staff at this hotel was very rude and uncooperative.In the night time heating was closed.we tried to contact but the office was closed.NO contact number was provided on the website for service related issues.we suffered through out the night in extreme cold.In the morning when we were checking out,I complained the aged man from Indian origon showed a very rude behavior. Most probabely the power Fuse was off at somewhere closed to office.He fixed there and told me that A/C instrument is fine and working.I tried to convince but he again showed rude behavior. With the small kids its not possible to remain the room so clean.No property damage inside the room was caused.There was a little mess caused by kids on bed sheets for which that rude man charged me 70 dollars instead of giving me any compensation for faulty A/C.You are requested to take action against that hotel and refund my 70 dollars which were charged illegaly. We never experienced such situation ever in the falls.I told that man that you are going to loose number of customers in future due to negative reviews.He said I don't care.
