It was a good hotel just not pleased with taking double the price I had to put a deposit down which was fine however it was the cost of the room for 2 nights. Than needed to pay again when we left. NOT HAPPY. Should onle be a deposit of 100 just to hold the room 😕

Our room had a view of the fireworks which was pretty cool. But I thought we could at least see the Falls from the hotel. We had to walk through the other hotel , by way of a casino with many connecting walkways. Useful but a bit confusing.

The Wyndham Hotel is very nice and the staff are very friendly! Our room was very nice and had a sitting area we enjoyed.

This is an older property but convenient to area restaurants, casino, and attractions. All properties are charging a parking fee now. We had to park off property or pay to valet. At check-in, I asked to switch to a king bed room. The agent said it would be 20 mins until it was ready. We had to repeat the check-in process 20 mins later to find out the room was still not ready and we had to come back a third time. We were told the king room would be close to our children's room but it was in a different building! When we finally arrived at our room, the housekeeping staff were jawing in the hallway.

The checkin was ok. They didnot tellus which elevator to use. The parking lot attendant was pretty rude to us. We paid to park onsite. Used bar soap in shower. Foot prints on hhe glass window. I expected more. It was our 20 year anniversary and my husband called to have chocolates put in room. They were not and when he asked twice he was ignored. Shady people lurking around our hotel
