The hotel was on the great location 5 min walk to the Nice train station and 5 min to the Promenade des Anglais and all restaurants. The breakfast wa included and had a lot option . The staff was friendly and helpful.

Convenient location only a short walk to shops, restaurants and the promenade, plus it was very close to the train station which made it a great spot for day trips out of Nice. Room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast had a good spread of options. Had a good stay!

This hotel was absolutely amazing and will always return here. The room was actually quite large for France and the A/C was lovely for the heat we had. The breakfast in the morning was AMAZING. The staff were always so helpful and it just felt like a really safe space to be in. Just incredible for the price as well and so close to everything.

Funky styling, a little Ikea random in places but doesn’t take itself too seriously. Staff were really helpful, breakfast included and really excellent. Room was absolutely fine and quiet. Slight letdown was the shower which was pretty basic but it worked ok. It wasn’t cheap but it was a good stay for a night. Would definitely return and recommend

I loved everything about this place. I wanted a soecific room and staff was so helpful and made it hapoen for me. Also the breakfast buffet was amazing. Location superb, if I go back to Nice I’m definitely staying here again.

Quiet area. Staff friendly and very helpful. Good shower always reliable hot water, comfortable bed. Air con very welcome and easy to adjust. Good range of food at breakfast although only hot choice was boiled eggs and toast. Loved everything about it, would definitely return and recommend.

Property was in an excellent location, walkable to both the coast and the train station. Quiet area and felt very safe. Breakfast was plentiful and enough choices to suit anyone. A bonus too. The room we had was fairly compact but bathroom was good. A complete lack of drawer space or shelving though. Limited hanging space. If only staying a couple of nights its fine but for 5 nights we found it a bit of a struggle. Prefer a kettle in the room. Had a balcony onto a courtyard but no furnishings which is pointless so couldnt use it. Bed was comfortable but only 1 pillow. The room was clean and modern.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it's pretty close to the sea and various transportation options including trams and railway station. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I really liked the stay at this hotel. First of all the tram station is really close to the hotel and the way there is going through wide streets, but like in the old city. Second, location is good too, around 10 mins to a beach, 8mins to main shopping street and train station, Lidl is around the corner. In general, very safe and comfortable. The room was spacious, everything was there and on top of this the terrace. The hotel itself suggest high level of service with friendly and helpful stuff and good facilities: good breakfast with some seats in the garden, drinking water (sparkling, still, hot), loose tea is my favorite highlight, and free popcorn station in the afternoon. Overall, im really happy with the stay and will definitely come back:)
