This was an okay stay. The hotel is about 20-30 minute drive from the center of Nice, for those who forget to check before you book. The hotel had a really unpleasant smell. At the end, it felt like I was getting rushed out to check out even though i still had an hour of my stay. The staff were not the friendliest. The room was good for two people and the shower pressure was great. It also has free parking! I’d stay somewhere else next time, but its okay if you are staying for a night or two.

Our host was helpful and friendly enough. There was room for our rental vehicle in the street. Very close ti the airport, we took the electric bikes there to rent a car. The room was tiny but we didn’t spend much time there. We loved coffee at the Copenhagen coffee bar conveniently located around the corner. We didn’t get one of the rooms facing the water, I would make sure to request it if I were to go again. They have lovely balconies and ours had none. We would have sat out there in the evening if we’d have got one.

It was a cute little hotel on the beach, and when I say "little" I mean little. the room wasn't much bigger than my walk in closet at home. but it worked for the one night I stayed there, it was close to the airport and that is all I needed.

We stayed here for two nights when going to two World Cup rugby games in Nice. It was a comfortable stay with an enjoyable walk to the local train station and then taking the train to St Augustin to then take the tram to the stadium. All straight forward. The room is comfortable, with a comfortable mattress. Personally I would have liked more than a sheet on the bed as my husband likes the air conditioning on and I then find it cold overnight. The hotel is good value for money normally ( we paid much higher because of World Cup). It is what you would expect for this star of hotel. It could easily be further upgraded if the owners wished by updating the shower room and perhaps including tea/coffee and a small fridge for water. The balcony with sea view was a nice area to watch the world go by.
