Location was spot on the side street was not noisy. walking distance to metro 2 minute's and bus terminal 15 minutes by metro shopping centre 2 mins Location was great Staff were good and helpful. Very nice city felt Very safe day or night Well worth a visit if you come to turkey Bursa is a hidden gem . check out cafes on rooftops best view's from most cafés....

"Sadly the standard of bedroom did not live up to the plush reception area, with a shower that leaked heavily flooding the bathroom, poor quality towels, basic beds and bedding, old war robes and simple furnishing. The food offered catered to the locals with overseas offered no alternatives unless a premium price was paid. The staff were on the whole excellent and tried very hard to assist but the core business of hosting weddings at the hotel seemed to take preference. The pool area was...
