"This properly room we got it nice room and extremely good view, very out going staffs and friendly. We got packages included breakfast, food was fantastic. Overall 5 starts, we will definitely come back next visit.

"Overall stay was excellent very good customer service and clean rooms.
However I do think the food quality could improve a lot especially for this price point and being a 5 star resort, also it's feeling it's age in terms of the over all property is in need of an update. "

"Absolutely worth the trip. It is a bit of a journey to get here but they truly do an amazing job. The whole staff (esp Tam & Nhu) are wonderful, kind, and genuinely helpful. The food menu is extensive with options from all over the world and the breakfast is excellent. The spa is very well priced and delivers a truly relaxing experience. The real highlight, though, was seeing endangered monkeys throughout our stay. Easily one of the prettiest hotel settings we have ever experienced."
