Hotel need some investment for rennovation though indoor pool and Sauna is big benefit. Breakfast incl. in all rates is above average (local fresh rolls, not Lidl self-baked stuff), good coffee, nice personell at reception

Anlage befindet sich am Ortsrand und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Personal war rundum freundlich und hilfsbereit auch bei speziellen Wünschen. Vielen Dank. Wifi war sehr stabil und gut. Unser Zimmer DZ Standard war groß und speziell das Badezimmer war spaziös. Sauberkeit war insgesamt gut. Das Frühstück war sehr variantenreich und erfreulicherweise mit einigen regionalen und lokalen frischen Backwaren...lecker. Freizeitangebot bestand aus Sauna, Whirlpool. Massagen und 1 Innen und 1 Aussenpool. Dampfbad war leider nicht im Betrieb. Parkplätze waren zahlreich un kostenlos. Anlage wirkt sehr sckick und gepflegt, jedoch merkt man an der einen oder anderen Stelle einen Renovierungsstau. Zu erwähnen ist e Wir waren 3 Tage da und es war immer eine größere Reisegruppe zu Gast. Wir kehren sehr gerne zurück.. es hat für das Preis Leistung Verhältnis sehr überzeugt

Estadia agradável e reconfortante

As condições são boas, os funcionários são simpáticos e colaborativos. Algumas zonas do hotel, necessitam de intervenção, pois apresentam alguma degradação. Sugiro a criação de um espaço/sala de jogos (snooker, ténis de mesa, dardos, etc.), como complemento ao SPA (piscina/sauna), que por vezes fica congestionado.

Os quartos estavam a necessitar de manutenção. A porta da casa de banho estava empenada e não fechava. Havia caliça nas paredes e sujaram o chão do quarto. A porta para a varanda não tinha fecho do exterior. A vista do quarto necessitava de ser mais cuidada, porque dava para uns pátios muito pouco cuidados, portanto mau impacto. A necessitar de um técnico paisagístico!!! Pequeno almoço bom Empregados super simpáticos e eficientes.

Sejour de 6 jours très reposant, agréable.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les salons également. Dommage, que l'hôtel soit un peu vieillissant et que l'entretien des infractutures n'ait pas été suivi. Par contre la piscine exterieure est très sympa, dans un cadre typique de l' Alentejo . Le personnel est très sympa et souriant, mais sans doute pas assez nombreux. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Por pouco a ser a máxima avaliação

Uma pessoa da família tem asma, foi uma pena que o sistema de ar-condicionado é automático e não podia desativar de vez no nosso quarto. Os funcionários na recepção foram muito prestativos quando contamos a situação e desativaram o sistema. Mesmo assim manualmente desligávamos o AC quando voltávamos da varanda. (Ligava de novo automaticamente.) Pedimos uma cama extra, mas o divã não foi confortável. Nossa filha teve de reforçar o colchão fino com os cobertores dentro do armário e lhe doeu as costas. O resto foi tudo bem e gostámos. O staff no pequeno almoço e jantar foi igualmente atencioso (incluindo substituição para leite vegetal por causa de intolerância à lactose). A vista para o jardim com cabras e gatos foi muito calmante e divertido. Queremos voltar para a próxima vez, mas também gostaríamos que achassem soluções para estes detalhes se possível. Muito obrigado.

Nem tudo esteve bem…

Pessoal super simpático e prestável. O conforto das camas deixa muito a desejar, principalmente da cama extra que pedimos para a mais pequena (tive de a reparar a meio da noite). O facto de ser obrigatório uso de touca na piscina é um grande inibidor, foi dos poucos hotéis onde me foi exigido tal. (Vendem as toucas por 4,5€) No domingo o banho foi sem pressão na água e a mesma estava de fria a morna! O local é aprazível e o hotel está bem localizado, com boas instalações que calculamos estejam bem melhores em época alta.

A minha estadia no Monte Filipe Hotel & Spa

Fui com o meu filho de 8 anos.Adorámos a estadia, a simpatia do staff.A piscina interior e o jacuzzi são demais.Fizemos os 2 massagem com a Nádia e também foi divinal.Zero queixas.A Madalena fez-nos o check in e o check out e foi uma querida, ainda nos deu umas dicas top do que poderiamos fazer pela zona. Também nos cruzámos com a Catarina e o Pedro na recepção, que também foram super simpáticos.No jantar, fomos servidos pelo Onani que fez um serviço excelente e ao pequeno almoço, o David foi de um cuidado e atenção para com o meu filho, devido à sua alergia alimentar, que não tenho nem palavras. A todos, estou imensamente grata pelo carinho, atenção, empatia, profissionalismo e ética.

Hotel com algumas lacunas. "spa"? Piscina de água fria, poucas cadeiras, jacuzzi com demasiado cloro impossível de usar, Sauna e Banho Turco, numa zona diferente em que se tem que sair, apanhar frio e voltar a entrar. Falta de roupões ( as 17h ainda não havia) Hotel a necessitar de alguma reformas. De resto, quarto muito bom ( com excepção da TV que não desliga no comando, tendo desligado a TV na ficha por detrás da TV, e nem uma explicação deram) Pequeno Almoço surpreendente. Funcionarios prestáveis em especial no Pequeno almoço.

Correu tudo bem e recomenda-se. O serviço de snack-bar podia funcionar melhor mas acredito que a dificuldade tenha origem na pandemia e no facto da cozinha ser a mesma para o restaurante e para o snack-bar. A piscina parece não ter controlo do nível de cloro.

Colchão sem qualidade

Esta estadia correu muito bem. Desde os funcionários, às instalações, nada a apontar. Decoração muito agradável o que também ajuda. A climatização ótima, ou seja, tudo muito bom. A única coisa que tenho a apontar é em relação ao colchão. Tratou-se (no meu caso) de um colchão de molas, em que se sentiam as molas, sem qualidade ou já muito, muito usado, mas confesso que já tive em tempos e durante muito tempo um colchão do género e nunca chegou ao estado deste, portanto... esta é a única e importante questão a apontar. Um sono tranquilo e reconfortante é parte integrante da estadia, sem dúvida
