便宜，僻靜，雪景

山上僻靜，車程20分鐘到Grand Hirafu, 出入雖靠自駕，沿途什麼也沒有。 沒有獨立浴室，需到地下公眾浴室，可直接泡溫泉，有室內，露天溫泉，不過不失。 床單不好，枕頭硬身，基本睡眠品質。 不設wifi , 早餐簡單。 便宜，自駕之選

フロントもレストランのおじさんスタッフもやる気がない

設備が古いのは仕方ないが、おじさんスタッフのやる気なさには呆れる。楽しみの露天風呂も閉鎖している。脱衣所が寒い。客室はとにかく古くて寒い。評価できるのは若い従業員がお客さんによく挨拶して、リビングなどの共用スペースが使いやすい。

구글맵이 눈에 의해 막혀있는길을 ..완전 황당 ㅜㅜ 게다 오래된느낌 리뉴얼쫌 히지 .. 근처 호텔들에 비하면 각격이 싸서 그런거 같기도.. 탑층 전망대도 공사중이라하고 야외 탕은 겨울이라 안된다하고. 다시는 가고싶지가 ..비추입니다

花園エリアから近くの静かで快適なホテルでした。たくさんお泊まりでしたが、お風呂は広く、館内は静かでスキーの後にゆっくりしたい方にオススメ。お値段に対してのクオリティが大満足のお宿でした。 フリーWifi があれば星5なんですが…

Dowdy, Poor Breakfast, No outdoor onsen in winter.

Window to room blocked by snow, bugs in bed, needs refurbished. Expensive for what you get. Long way from town.

温泉がきもちいい

とても親切な従業員さんでした。 ご飯も美味しく温泉もきもちよかったです。 ただ、廊下の声がよく聞こえました。 ゆっくり本を読める場所もあり落ち着いていました。 送迎の方も対応がものすごくよかったです。 ありがとうございました。

倶知安中心部より車で15分ほど、連日雪が降っていましたが毎朝、車に積もった雪を軽く降ろしてくれていて助かりました。

施設や朝食なども良かったと思います．ただ，夕食後で夜９時のチェックインになりましたが，フロントが１名しかおらず，チェックインにかなり待たされました．フロントの人は，電話対応，宿泊客の問い合わせなどに一生懸命対応していましたが，１名だとまわらない時間もあるようです．

Great Great Hotel & experience

Everything is Great, the staffs are exceptionally helpful, and prepares dishes for and knifes for our birthday celebration. The set dinner taste very good and it is a good value for money. One point is that there is no Wifi and 4G connection is poor, no good for FB holic.

Nice hotel, close to skii resorts.

Hotel was clean. Location was good however you need a car to get around.Hotel is near to some skii resorts in Niseko. Room was clean and spacious. However, we were slightly disappointed that we were not informed beforehand that there are no private bathrooms in the rooms.
