"The hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to meet our every need. Everything was spotless, and there was always someone available to help whenever we needed it. We stayed in the VIP Besso area, which was truly amazing. The dinners each night were spectacular, and the entire experience was exceptional. I’d highly recommend this hotel!"

"This was one of the most genuine place we’ve stayed. The full Japanese experience. Also I highly highly recommend adding the dinner part as it was one of the best meals I had from around the world. (North Americans be aware it’s a ryokan style room, so the bed is on the floor, it’s a Japanese bath, etc…) The family here is genuine and friendly, we will forsure come back. This was the best Japanese experience we ever had. Breakfast also is included, Japanese breakfast (search it up ;) )"

"Visited with my family recently. It’s a family owned property, excellent service and very friendly staff. Owners went above and beyond at every opportunity, including dropping 7 of us with luggage at nearby bus stop. Breakfast was yummy and thank you for accommodating our vegetarian request!! Enjoyed Ryokan with traditional night wear too ! We would highly recommend this wonderful place at foothills in Mt. Fuji with Lake Yamanakako lake in walkable distance."
