"We had an amazing stay at the hotel, unfortunately only for 1 night. Will def come back again. We had a massage booked at the spa for 3 on the day of the arrival. We were late for almost an hour due to traffic, and they still waited for us to get the treatment. We had the chalet suite, it was very nice a cosy. Great beds. Comfortable bathroom and good shower. The breakfast was very good! The room has stairs… just FYI. "

"Clean room, anything you needed or curious about just ask the staff as they were more than accommodating. Highly recommend the downstairs restaurant. Might have been the best place to eat in Zakopane. Get a room with a patio/deck. Worth it. "
