"I truly enjoyed my experience at the lodge. It is the perfect getaway as you're close to Malelane Gate. It's also very clean and tidy.
The self-catering is a wonderful option, but there is also a restaurant when you don't feel like cooking.
The spa is absolutely amazing with the friendliest staff working there."

"Michael was a top-notch host who greeted me warmly on arrival, made sure I had everything I needed for my comfort, and was a terrific conversationalist. He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, and even brought me a brown-bag breakfast at 4 am before my morning wildlife tour. The dinner was excellent. And the room was so nice that I didn't even want to leave. I especially enjoyed the outdoor shower. Full marks all around! "

"My and my family stayed at Kruger Kumba for 2 nights in early Jan , needless to say it was quite hot - 37 degrees .
The property over all is good but there were some issues which i would specify :
1) There is only one air conditioner in the lounge which is not sufficient for the rooms on a hot day ( even after keeping all windows and doors closed)
2) The Braai equipment was not cleaned and gave an ick , Requesting the owner to address this kindly
3) There were no basic toiletries provided...

"Location was good and decks were nice. Owners were very responsive. The house overall was a bit too rustic for me. More importantly, had I known that there were daily power outages at the time of booking I would have definitely booked a lodge with a generator. "
