"OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. "Room was perfect. Only complaint with it, is would be nice if doors were better sound insulated as you can hear everyone that walks past talking and even heard cleaners at 10am hoovering the corridor etc. Also eventhough spa amenities close at 10pm, I was disappointed that at 9.28 they closed the Jacuzzi to empty it out, all amenities should close minimum 10 minutes before and atleast have some sort of warning by staff to be aware. Missed out on jacuzzi because of this."

"Stayed for one night while attending a concert at the O2 and it was exactly what we needed. Great location right next to the airport, with friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room. The bed was spot on after a long day. There’s a bus stop just around the corner which made getting to the venue really easy, especially as the tubes were on strike at the time. Ideal for a short stay and would happily return."

"They cannot cook eggs for breakfast, otherwise food was good. 1 lift was not working and the other very slow. We had a maintenance issue in the room and was told no maintenance work at the weekend. We were offered a room change which is very annoying. Otherwise a good stay."
